Shhhhh… Listen. It’s quiet.
Why? Because it’s summer and no one blogs anymore! Unfortunately, that includes me. I’ve just been soooo busy going out and I just never have time for the computer anymore!
NOT! Pssh. I WISH I had a life. In all honesty, I really just don’t have much to talk about. (See previous sentence.) But I’m gonna work really hard to get some more posts in because I really don’t want my blog to die. I’m actually really proud of how long this has lasted. I’m notorious for starting websites and then killing them in a matter of weeks.
Anyway, here’s a quick run-down of what I’ve been up to since summer began:
- Summer courses I’m currently taking two online classes and one class at the local Public Safety Academy. It’s been pretty good so far. However, one of my classes, Intro to Microcomputers, has been driving me up the wall with its sheer ridiculousness! I’ll probably blog about it. I’ll try, at least. It really is too stupid for words.
- Volunteering Remember when I blogged about volunteering at the Botanical Conservatory? Yeah. It didn’t turn out the way I planned. Don’t get the wrong idea though. The few times I was there was really pleasant and everyone was very nice and welcoming, but I just don’t feel like I belong there. Furthermore, it’s really far from my house (it’s pretty much on the other side of town) and they have enough volunteers to get by without a hitch, so I’m not really needed anyway.
- Just chillin’ In the rest of my time, I’ve just been enjoying summer! Occasionally I’ll go hang with Jamie at her summer job at a swimming pool. When I’m at home, I’m usually surfing da interwebs, learning new songs on my guitar, PWNing in video games, ringing up my boyfriend, Mik, and… sleeping. Lots of sleeping.

Hey guys! Finals week is over and I’m officially on summer break! Now that classes have ended, I’ll have much more time to devote to other things, like this blog! Here’s a quick list of what I hope to accomplish over the summer:
- New WordPress theme
- More visitor content
- Frequent updates
- And, possibly, a YouTube channel!
Changes are currently underway! I’m hoping to have the new theme completed by the next week or so and I’ll have a proper post written in the next few days.
